Park Rates

Monthly Rentals

At Phoenix RV Park, a premiere RV Park in Salem, Oregon, we welcome our guests to stay for a night, a week, a month, or any time in-between. Our monthly rates include water, sewer, and Cable TV services. Electricity charges will apply. RV’s must be 12 years old or newer and minimum of 24ft or larger and fully self-contained.

Rates: $700.00 (Rates subject to change) + electric. Pets (excluding pit-bulls) are welcome and subject to a minimal fee for monthly guests. There is a $150.00 non- refundable deposit for monthly sites due at time of Reservation to be applied to first month’s rent. As one of the premiere RV Parks in Oregon, we pride ourselves on our facilities and atmosphere. Stop by and see why! Reservations are strongly suggested.

  • Daily:         $75.00 + tax*

  • Weekly:     $450.00

  • Short term Guest’s staying 1-3 Month’s (June, July or August) $1000.00 per month, Wi-Fi included (Electric not included)

(Storage Rates effective May 1, 2023) 

Covered RV Storage Rates

  • 40’ covered $ 190.00 per month

  • 45’ covered $ 200.00 per month

  • Uncovered $4.25 per foot with an $85.00 minimum per month

  • 20’ Storage Container $ 145.00 per month

 

Rates are subject to change at any time. **10%** Discounted off Daily rate for Good Sam, Active/Retired Military. Special: Oct 1st through April 30th – Stay Three (3) nights and get Fourth(4th) Night Free. This is a one-time special that applies only to first-time guests of Phoenix RV Park. Pets (excluding pit-bulls) are welcome in the park. Reservations are strongly suggested.
