Candy Wine, Food & Brew – June 3 -4, Clackamas County Fair & Event Center

Enjoy a taste of some of Oregon’s finest wines, craft beers, and food from vendors around the state. The annual event will include 20 of Oregon’s top wineries, 3 distilleries, and a cider booth, plus over 20 booths featuring a variety of products, gifts, crafts, and more! Live entertainment for the festival includes performances from Rachel & Nick, Carrie Cunningham, and Brady Gross. Admission is $5 per person.

Deschutes Demolition – June 10, 7am to 5pm at The Village at Sunriver

For fitness enthusiast, the Deschutes Demolition offers you the opportunity to compete against some of Oregon’s finest amateur athletes in a range of endurance competitions. The third annual competition at the Sunriver Resort will include a series of events in CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The event is open to all levels of athletes over the age of 18, and offers cash prizes for the top teams in the male and female divisions. If you don’t feel like competing, the event is open to spectators and is free to attend.

High Desert Rhubarb Festival – June 13, 12am to 12 pm at the L&S Gardens

Oregon’s only rhubarb festival is an annual celebration of everybody’s favorite local vegetable. The event includes Dutch oven cooks offering a variety of interesting samples of local rhubarbs prepared in a variety of different way, including everything ribs to cakes. You’ll also have the chance to try locally brewed rhubarb beers, jams, jellies, BBQ sauce, and more! The event will also include hay rides, craft vendors, and a beer wagon. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted that will benefit a local charity.

Lake of the Woods Beer Fest – June 17, 3 pm to 7pm at the Lake of the Woods Mountain Lodge

Enjoy a beer tasting from some of Oregon’s many craft breweries while enjoying the view from the stunning Lake of the Woods Mountain Lodge and Resort. The event includes live music, beer tasting, and a BBQ buffet. Admission is $20 per person and includes a souvenir beer glass that commemorates this year’s festival.

Summer Arts Festival – June 23 – 25, Umpqua Valley Arts Center

Hosted in the lovely Fir Grove Park, the Annual Summer Arts Festival celebrates some of Oregon’s take creative talent in an event that attracts thousands of visitors a day. This year’s festival includes over 100 local and regional artists, a Kid-Zone featuring hands-on crafts, art demonstrations, live music and dance, and a food court with craft beer and local BBQ. Admission is free and the event is open to family members of all ages.
